Mine end stone with a pickaxe. It will drop itself and can be collected for transport to other locations. Because it is abundant in the End dimension you can gather a large supply by mining the island surface. For building in the overworld you must ship the mined blocks back through portals or by other means since it does not generate outside the End naturally.
