To get these, you first need to craft a block of copper from nine copper ingots. Then, you can place the block of copper into a stonecutter to get one cut copper block. Place that cut copper block into the stonecutter again to get two cut copper slabs. Once you have your two cut copper slabs, open a crafting table. Place one slab in a slot, and the other slab directly above it in a single column. This will give you one chiseled copper block. You can also craft it directly in a stonecutter from a single block of cut copper.
