How to get Conduit in Minecraft

Finding these ingredients is an adventure in itself. The Heart of the Sea is a very rare item found only inside buried treasure chests. To find buried treasure, you first need to find a buried treasure map. These maps are located in chests inside shipwrecks and underwater ruins. Follow the map to the red X on the map, and then dig at that spot to uncover the chest containing the Heart of the Sea. Next, you will need to collect eight Nautilus Shells. There are a few ways to get these. You have a small chance of catching one while fishing. Drowned, the underwater zombie mobs, can sometimes spawn holding a Nautilus Shell and will drop it when you defeat them. Finally, you can sometimes buy a Nautilus Shell from a wandering trader for a few emeralds. Once you have one Heart of the Sea and eight Nautilus Shells, go to a crafting table. Place the Heart of the Sea in the center slot and surround it completely with the eight shells to craft your conduit.
How to use Conduit in Minecraft
A conduit block by itself does nothing. To use a conduit, you must activate it by building a special structure around it underwater. This structure must be made from prismarine blocks, which you can get from an ocean monument. You can use regular prismarine, prismarine bricks, dark prismarine, or sea lanterns. You need at least 16 of these blocks to turn the conduit on. To build the frame, place the conduit in the water where you want its power, and then build one or more rings of prismarine blocks around it. A simple frame is a 5 by 5 square of blocks built around the conduit. For the conduit to reach its full power and maximum range, you need to build three separate 5 by 5 frames around it, one on each axis, using a total of 42 blocks. A fully powered conduit has a huge range and will even attack any hostile mobs that get too close to you while you are underwater.
