Head Admin
Position Closed
Head Admin is basically running the server you'd be in charge of making the big decisions, managing the team, and keeping everything running smooth.
Moderator
Multiple Openings
Moderators help keep the server fun and friendly. You'd watch chat, handle rule breakers, help players, and generally make sure everyone's having a good time.
Head Moderator
Ready to step up? Head Moderators basically help lead the mod team and work with the admins. You'll help train newer mods and make sure everyone's keeping the server fun and fair.
Build Coordinator
If you're good at building and like helping others, this is for you. You'd help with server builds, teach players, make sure the spawn and community areas look awesome, and stop people from breaking rules like a moderator.
Events Manager
Love hosting events? You'd plan tournaments, contests, hunts, and other fun stuff to get people excited and hanging out together.
Community Manager
Good at talking to people and keeping things positive? You'd help make sure everyone feels welcome, handle player suggestions, keep conversations chill, and make the community actually feel like a community.
Head Admin

About This Role:

Head Admin is basically running the server you'd be in charge of making the big decisions, managing the team, and keeping everything running smooth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep the server running and the team working well
  • Make the final calls on server policies
  • Help admins work together
  • Fix things when stuff breaks
  • Plan where the server's going
  • Approve big changes to the server
  • Keep the server secure and backed up

What I Expect From You:

You should have a lot of experience running servers, be a good leader, be able to be on 15+ hours a week, solve problems well, stay calm when stuff goes wrong, and have built communities before.

Moderator
Multiple Openings

About This Role:

Moderators help keep the server fun and friendly. You'd watch chat, handle rule breakers, help players, and generally make sure everyone's having a good time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Watch chat and what's happening on the server
  • Tell players when they're breaking rules
  • Help when someone reports a problem or griefing
  • Answer player questions
  • Tell admins about serious problems
  • Join staff meetings
  • Keep the community vibe positive

What I Expect From You:

Be on at least 10 hours a week, be patient and chill, use common sense with rule breakers, stay calm when things get heated, and actually want to help people. We have a few spots open!

Head Moderator

About This Role:

Ready to step up? Head Moderators basically help lead the mod team and work with the admins. You'll help train newer mods and make sure everyone's keeping the server fun and fair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help guide the moderator team
  • Teach new mods how things work
  • Make sure mods are being fair and consistent
  • Deal with the harder rule breaking situations
  • Give feedback to the admins about how the team's doing
  • Keep notes on moderation decisions and rules

What I Expect From You:

You should have some mod experience already, be able to lead people, be a good communicator, be on 12+ hours a week, and have a fair track record with making calls.

Build Coordinator

About This Role:

If you're good at building and like helping others, this is for you. You'd help with server builds, teach players, make sure the spawn and community areas look awesome, and stop people from breaking rules like a moderator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep spawn and community builds looking good
  • Work on building projects with people
  • Help players with their builds
  • Stop people from breaking rules like a moderator
  • Check builds in protected areas
  • Do building contests
  • Keep public areas looking consistent
  • Enforce building rules with players

What I Expect From You:

Be a good builder, have creativity, be on 8+ hours a week, like teaching people, and get excited about builds. Knowing WorldEdit or similar tools is a plus but not required.

Events Manager

About This Role:

Love hosting events? You'd plan tournaments, contests, hunts, and other fun stuff to get people excited and hanging out together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and run events and competitions
  • Host tournaments, contests, hunts, etc
  • Work with other staff to make events happen
  • Handle prizes and rewards
  • Tell people about events on Discord and in-game
  • Get feedback from players
  • Keep track of what events happened

What I Expect From You:

Be creative, like organizing stuff, be on 10+ hours a week, comfortable with public speaking, actually show up for the events you plan, and be able to handle things going wrong.

Community Manager

About This Role:

Good at talking to people and keeping things positive? You'd help make sure everyone feels welcome, handle player suggestions, keep conversations chill, and make the community actually feel like a community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hang out on Discord and in-game to chat with players
  • Keep an eye on conversations and keep things respectful
  • Listen to player ideas and suggestions
  • Help newbies get settled in
  • Write posts about server news and updates
  • Report problems to admins when needed
  • Think about ways to make the community better
  • Share ideas for community engagement and growth

What I Expect From You:

Like being around people, have good social skills, social media experience is important, be on 12+ hours a week, comfortable using Discord, be chill and approachable, able to handle conflicts without drama, have great ideas, and actually care about making the community feel good. Video editing would be an advantage.
