How to get Blackstone Slab
To get blackstone slabs mine blackstone blocks in the nether using a pickaxe and then craft slabs in a crafting table by placing three blackstone blocks in a row to yield multiple slabs. In creative mode take blackstone slabs directly from the inventory. In survival mode prepare for nether trips with food and supplies then mine at outcrops and return to your base to craft slabs for building projects.
