You will need four obsidian blocks, two diamonds, and one book. To get obsidian, you need to pour water onto a lava source block and then mine it with a diamond pickaxe. To get diamonds, you need to mine diamond ore deep underground. To get a book, you can craft one from three paper and one leather, or find them in libraries in strongholds and villages. Once you have all your materials, open a crafting table.
