Description

A jungle log is the main trunk block of jungle trees and provides the raw wood resource for crafting and building. The log shows the round tree rings on the cut faces and a tall grain pattern on the sides which gives it a strong tropical wood look. Players harvest jungle logs to craft planks, sticks and many wood based items that are essential for building and survival. The logs can be stripped with an axe in some game versions to reveal a cleaner wood texture that still matches jungle materials. Because jungle trees are often very tall with wide canopies the logs provide a solid vertical element for large tree based builds and for pillars in tree houses. They are also used decoratively as posts and beams in houses and bridges where their bright wood tone stands out.
