Chop down the giant fungi to get warped stems. Then, with the warped stems placed in the world, right click on them with an axe to strip the bark off. Next, you need to get chains. Chains can be crafted using one iron ingot and two iron nuggets. You can also find chains generating naturally in Bastion Remnants and mineshafts. Once you have your materials, go to a crafting table. Place the two chains in the top left and top right corners. Then, fill the bottom two rows completely with your six stripped warped stems.
