What Is Fire Coral Fan in Minecraft?

Fire Coral Fan is a flat fan-shaped coral plant that grows attached to solid blocks on the ocean floor in warm ocean biomes. It has a vivid red colour. Outside of water it dries out and turns into a Dead Fire Coral Fan unless kept in contact with water.

How Does Fire Coral Fan Work?

  • Use Silk Touch to collect it alive. Without Silk Touch it drops nothing.
  • Must be attached to a solid block.
  • Dies and turns into Dead Fire Coral Fan if placed outside of water.
