What Is Tube Coral Block in Minecraft?

Tube Coral Block is the solid block form of Tube Coral. It has a vibrant blue colour and generates on coral reefs in Warm Ocean biomes. Like all coral blocks it must remain submerged in water or it dies and turns into a grey Dead Tube Coral Block within a few seconds. It requires Silk Touch to mine and keep alive.

  • Turns grey and becomes Dead Tube Coral Block if placed out of water.
