The Donkey is a gentle, patient animal that loves to carry things. It is slower than a Horse, but it makes up for that by being able to carry a Chest full of items on its back, which no Horse can do.

• Once tamed, it can be saddled and ridden with a Saddle
• A Chest can be equipped on a tamed Donkey for 15 extra storage slots

How to Tame a Donkey

• Keep trying to ride an untamed Donkey. It will buck you off at first, but hearts appear once it accepts you as its rider.

How to Breed Donkeys

• Feed two tamed Donkeys Golden Apples or Golden Carrots to breed them, producing a baby Donkey.
• Breeding a tamed Donkey with a tamed Horse makes a Mule instead of a Donkey.
