The Snow Golem is a helpful friend you build yourself. Stack two Snow Blocks and top them with a Carved Pumpkin, and it springs to life to defend you.

What Can Snow Golems Do in Minecraft?

• Throws snowballs at nearby hostile mobs to push them back
• Leaves a trail of snow on the ground as it walks
• Deals real damage to Blazes, but most other mobs just get knocked back
• Melts away in rain, water, and hot biomes like deserts and the Nether

Why Keep Snow Golems?

• Great for guarding a base against hostile mobs, especially Blazes
• Easy and cheap to build with just snow and a pumpkin
• Shear it to see its plain snowy face and collect the pumpkin back
