Vindicator

What Is Vindicator in Minecraft?

Vindicators are fierce axe-wielding Illagers that guard Woodland Mansions and join raids on villages. They charge straight at their enemies without hesitation, making them one of the toughest Illagers to face.

What Can Vindicators Do in Minecraft?

• Sprints toward targets and swings a sharp iron axe
• Can smash through wooden doors to reach villagers during raids
• A hit from its axe can knock out your shield for a few seconds
• Shouts for nearby Vindicators to join the fight when attacked

How to Fight Vindicators

• Keep your distance and use ranged attacks when possible, since its axe hits hard
• Don't rely only on a shield, since its axe attacks can break through it
• Watch for groups, since mansions often hide more than one Vindicator at a time

How to Stay Safe from Vindicators

• Bring strong armor and healing items before exploring a Woodland Mansion
• Be extra careful of one named "Johnny," since it attacks almost everything it meets
