What Is Grindstone in Minecraft?

Grindstone is a utility block used to repair items and remove enchantments. Combining two damaged items in a Grindstone repairs them and removes all non-curse enchantments, returning some experience. It is also the job site block for the Weaponsmith Villager.

How Does Grindstone Work?

Place two items of the same type to repair and combine their durability.
Removing enchantments returns some experience points.
Curse enchantments (Curse of Binding, Curse of Vanishing) cannot be removed.
