What Is Polished Basalt in Minecraft?

Polished Basalt is the polished version of Basalt. It has a smooth, dark grey surface with a subtle striped pattern. Like regular Basalt it can be placed in any orientation - horizontally or vertically. It is found in Basalt Deltas in the Nether and can also be crafted from four Basalt.
