What Is Waxed Chiseled Copper in Minecraft?

Waxed Chiseled Copper is a Chiseled Copper block that has been waxed with Honeycomb to permanently stop it from oxidising. It keeps its decorative chiseled pattern and orange copper colour forever. It is useful for detailed copper builds where you want the chiseled pattern to stay bright orange. It can be un-waxed by scraping it with an Axe.

How Does Waxed Chiseled Copper Work?

  • Does not oxidise - permanently stays at its current oxidation state.
  • Apply Honeycomb to Chiseled Copper to wax it.
  • Scrape with an Axe to remove the wax and allow oxidation to resume.
