What Is Waxed Copper Bulb in Minecraft?

Waxed Copper Bulb is a Copper Bulb that has been waxed with Honeycomb to permanently stop it from oxidising. It keeps its orange copper appearance and light-emitting properties. Like the unwaxed version it can be toggled on and off with a Redstone signal and emits a strong light when active. Waxing ensures the appearance never changes.

How Does Waxed Copper Bulb Work?

  • Apply a Redstone signal to toggle the light on or off.
  • When on, emits a bright light (level 15).
  • Does not oxidise - permanently stays at its current state.
  • Apply Honeycomb to Copper Bulb to wax it.
