What Is Blue Bed in Minecraft?

A Blue Bed is a two-block-wide sleeping block made from Blue Wool. You can sleep in it at night (or during a thunderstorm) to skip to morning and set where you respawn if you die.

How Does Blue Bed Work?

Right-click to lie down. If all players on the server sleep at the same time, night skips to day.
Sleeping sets your spawn point to that bed.
If a bed is missing or blocked when you try to respawn, you return to the world's default spawn instead.
Never sleep in a bed in the Nether or The End - it explodes!
Any tool or your hand breaks it, and it always drops itself.

Always make sure there is air above your bed and the block in front - you need room to get in.
Beds in the Nether explode with a huge blast - miners use this as a mining trick, but it is very dangerous!
