What Is Cut Copper Slab in Minecraft?

Cut Copper Slab is a half-height version of Cut Copper. Like all slabs, it can be placed as a bottom slab, top slab, or combined into a full block. It oxidises over time and can be waxed.

How Does Cut Copper Slab Work?

  • Requires a stone pickaxe or better to mine. A wooden pickaxe drops nothing.
  • Place two slabs in the same block space to form a full Cut Copper block.
  • Oxidises over time: Copper - Exposed - Weathered - Oxidised.
  • Wax with Honeycomb to lock its current oxidisation stage.
