What Is the Lush Caves Biome?

Lush Caves are the greenest caves in Minecraft, filled with moss, vines, and colorful plants. They're one of the few places underground that feel alive and full of growth.

What You'll Find

Moss blocks and moss carpet spreading across the cave floor
Azalea trees growing on the surface above, with hanging roots leading down
Cave vines, spore blossoms, and big and small dripleaf plants
Axolotls swimming through pools of water in the cave

Staying Safe

Glowing berries from cave vines light the way, but monsters can still hide in darker corners
Big dripleaf tips tip over if you stand on them too long, dropping you below
