What Is the Forest Biome?

Forests are green, tree-covered biomes found across the Overworld. Oak and birch trees grow close together, making them a reliable source of wood close to home.

What You'll Find

Thick stands of oak and birch trees
Foxes and wolves roaming between the trunks
Flowers and mushrooms scattered through the undergrowth

Staying Safe

The tree cover makes it dark even in daytime, so hostile mobs can spawn under the canopy
Wolves are passive until provoked, but will defend each other if one is attacked
